NEW GYMNASIUM FOR NORTH VALLEY SCHOOLS- LODI, CA

This project includes designing, supplying and erecting a new 8,339SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building for use as a gymnasium. Building is loaded for installation of solar panels by way of S-5 clamps to the standing seam roof system.


Seegert Construction was the design-build contractor for the building structure in addition to erection and coordination with the MEP contractors to ensure a smooth project delivery.

PG&E NEW SERVICE CENTER OPERATIONS BUILDING & WAREHOUSE- WILLOWS, CA

This project included designing, supplying, and erecting a new 6,200SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building for use as an office/Warehouse. Building was designed to be LEED certified and PG&E has since decided this building will be the basis of design for future service center structures.


Seegert Construction was contracted for the design, delivery, and construction of the building shell.

PG&E HAYWARD O’NEIL- HAYWARD, CA

This project included supplying and erecting a new 5,420SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building for use as an office/bullroom. Building was designed to be LEED certified and included loading for a future solar array which would attach to the standing seam roof via S-5 clamps.

Seegert Construction was involved in the design, delivery, and construction of the building shell. The building was delivered on-time with zero change orders to the client throughout the erection process.

NEW CNG CANOPY FOR PG&E CNG/LNG- MARYSVILLE, CA


This project includes turn-key design-build construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building for use as a protective cover over an existing CNG/LNG compressor station and support of a new solar array.

Steven Seegert with Seegert Construction is involved in the design, delivery, and construction of the building shell, concrete foundation, and electrical. Building hurdles which were overcome during construction included installation of the foundation system adjacent to high pressure CNG/LNG lines and construction of the structure while maintaining 100% online service capability.

PG&E NEW OPERATIONS GROUP TENANT INFILL / REMODEL- SAN RAFAEL, CA

This project consisted of a 10,000 square foot remodel of an existing operations center housing 68 personnel. The project included providing temporary trailers with power, water, and sewer hookups for the duration of the remodel.

Seegert Construction was involved in the preliminary construction design scoping and budgeting, followed by the execution of the construction itself. Even though the timeframe for completion was extremely limited due to logistical issues, Seegert Construction was still able to complete the construction on time and within budget.
